**CSA Construction Manager **required to join one of Europe’s leading contractors on a **Data Centre** project in Madrid the CSA construction Manager will report into the Project Director and Operations Director and be responsible successful timely delivery of the project.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate Civil and Structural work package and site Quality Assurance (QA) activities in collaboration with the project team.
- Manage the project schedule in coordination with Planners, Project Managers, Sub-Contractors, and consulting Engineers/Architects.
- Oversee day-to-day site operations.
- Supervise sub-contractor activities, including monitoring progress against the schedule and workforce levels. Conduct weekly meetings with sub-contractors.
- Attend various site meetings, internal project review meetings, engineering review meetings, planning and coordination meetings, and handover meetings.
- Collaborate with the design team and project coordinator to prioritize and provide essential information required by the construction team, aligning it with the construction schedule.
- Generate reports for the projects team and conduct weekly meetings with the commercial team to ensure all changes and associated costs are documented and communicated to the client.
- Review and assess drawings and setting out details.
- Ensure that builders' works drawings for services are incorporated as necessary.
- Conduct, document, and resolve Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) snags efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Qualifications of relevance include having a trade or a degree.
- Possessing 5 years of experience in successfully overseeing and executing extensive construction projects.
- Recent experience should specifically pertain to managing substantial contracts.
- Demonstrating outstanding abilities in organization, communication, and time management.
