- German, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch_
**Key Responsibilities of Our Content Moderators**:
- Reviewing and moderating user-generated content across platforms to ensure it meets community guidelines and standards
- Identifying and mitigating content that could harm the user experience or safety
- Collaborating with various teams to refine moderation policies and procedures
- Analysing trends in content violations to aid in the improvement of moderation algorithms
- Promoting a secure and welcoming online environment for users worldwide
- **Proficiency in English and one of the languages mentioned above (B2 level minimum)**:
- Prior experience in content moderation, customer support, or a related field is beneficial
- Strong decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- High ethical standards and a strong sense of integrity
- A robust mental constitution for handling potentially disturbing content
- **Must have EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Spain**
