**Main Tasks & Requirements**
- sales support/training. Some of the position responsibilities include:
**Post-Sales**
- Consulting and software implementation services.
- Training and technical support.
- Developing post-processor programs to assist in our customer´s machining processes.
- Manage and increase customers maintenance contracts
- Provide comprehensive support to customers, prospects, resellers.

**Pre-Sales**
- Software product demonstrations
- Technical support during a pre-sales activities
- Contribute and take ownership in commercial offers preparation together with the Sales team as well as participate when necessary in pre-sales process.
- Constant communication with international support team to be up to date and also to get right support for your customers.

**Requirements**:

- Strong technical education with minimum 2 years of experience in CAD/CAM software;
- Experience in machine tool and production - good knowledge in manufacturing and processes;
- Post processing experience;
- Solution focused approach and customer oriented;
- Good level of English;
- A demonstrated strength in organizational and multi-tasking skills is required;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
