- Performing SOC1 controls

- Perform and understand basic payroll checks from the payroll checklist
- Generate standard payroll reports and check them for correctness.
- Perform 4 eyes control in tasks.
- Handle easy tickets (master data entries, basic payroll questions, system questions)
- Answer some basic to day payroll related questions and requests
- Partially Perform HRSP testing
- Masterdata entry
- Phone service (1st point of contact for phone service clients)
- Perform Pre payroll in PCC - Errors to be consulted by higher job levels
- Access creation tickets for clients
- Mass upload
- Know info types
- Generate standard payroll reports and check them for correctness
- Support the execution of basic transactional payroll tasks as per the standard payroll service definition
- support the completion of validation reports, error logs to closure and gain an understanding on the associated controls
- learn how to produce basic standard and client specific payroll reports
- validation on the accuracy of data to resolve inconsistencies
- Validate impacts of changes made into the system for next payroll
- contribute ideas on way to resolve problems to better serve the customer and or improve productivity
- participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
- The ability to follow NGA HR Customer Service standards
- A desire to understand how the available tools/systems enable the delivery of service excellence and the ability to learn how to use these tools and systems effectively and consistently.
- Basic Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
- The ability to understand external, client and internal compliance requirements.
- A desire to learn about Payroll and HR Service in an HR Outsourcing environment
- Where applicable support Payroll(s) so they are delivered as per the agreed processing calendar(s) and to the agreed KPIs
- Where applicable ensure Data Management is performed accurately and on time
- Ensure Tickets and Calls are responded within SLA timescales and to a high standard
- Follow Detailed Working Instructions (DWIs) and highlight any gaps/inconsistencies in the documentation
- Working knowledge of systems and tools to perform daily tasks
- Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information
- Successful completion of all learning objectives
- All system issues/defects are reported correctly and tickets are logged with the necessary details and evidences so Application Services and/or Products can investigate
- Time Recording to be completed accurately and on time
- NGA Security Standards are understood and adhered to
- Contribute to team meetings and raise any issues immediately to your Service Manager
- Ensure you are up to date with all NGA HR announcements
- Participates in projects as needed and assigned
- establishing and adding questions to FAQ
