**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain within the team the expertise required to support the assigned global capabilities.
- Optimize processes to work in conjunction with both sellers and Proposal Specialists to efficiently delivery accurate and differentiated proposals.
- Ensure solution consultants have the ability to expand the scope of solutions requested by incorporating the full portfolio of Rockwell Automation offerings, including but not limited to: Connected Services, Process/Power & Control/Information Solutions, Packaged Power, and local Field Labor.
- Achieve desired win rate target for Application Consultants and overall team
- Drive competency in the GSM organization to understand and promote the capabilities of the Connected Services business.
- Share insights with regional and global peers.
- Lead a successful remote team in EMEA to develop accurate **SOWs (Statements of Work), labor estimates**, and **BOMs (Bills of Material)**:

- Build strong peer relationships with Sales, Delivery and Portfolio organizations
- Position solutions to meet customer outcomes, maintaining RA profitability targets and market competitiveness
- Grow and manage highly technical team members
- Identify and participate in continuous improvement activities covering tools, templates, process, and people
- Strive to increase consistency with peers in a global matrix organization

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 2 years of management and people leadership experience in leading tactical directions for products and/or projects. Roles and experience with informal supervision / directing teams is also acceptable
- Full working proficiency in English
- Experience with commercial and technical leadership and customer relationship management

**Experience managing in two or three of the following domains is preferable**:

- IT/OT Cybersecurity
- Infrastructure Managed Services
- OT ICS Network Design
- Virtualization
