Payroll Consultant Team Lead

HelloAt Factorial, we’re looking for a \*\*Payroll Team Lead to manage a team of 8 consultants across our core markets: Spain, France, Italy and Germany. In this role, you will work closely with the Consultant Manager to enhance our Payroll Consulting Services, improve customer experiences, and support sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth. - \*\*Lead and Develop the Team: Guide and mentor a team of Payroll Consultants, fostering professional growth and ensuring top-tier client service.
- \*\*Project Management: Oversee payroll consulting projects from start to finish, ensuring timely execution, budget adherence, and goal achievement.
- \*\*Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders such as Product, Customer Experience, Partners, and Marketing, identifying opportunities for Payroll Consultancy services.
- \*\*Service Innovation: Work with the team to design innovative Payroll Consultancy solutions, leveraging industry best practices and emerging trends.
- \*\*Process Optimization: Monitor payroll compliance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- \*\*Promote Payroll Consultancy: Effectively communicate the value of Payroll Consultancy services, building exposure for the team and driving lead generation and revenue growth.

\*\*Your Profile
- \*\*Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and align a team toward common goals, with a \*\*minimum of 2 years of experience leading a team of 5 or more people.
- \*\*Strong background in payroll consulting, \*\*HR consulting, or a related field, with a proven track record in project management and client engagement.
- \*\*Extensive experience managing payroll operations, including compliance, automation, and process improvement.
- \*\*Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex payroll and compliance matters effectively.
- \*\*Strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills, focused on delivering impactful solutions.
- Proficiency in \*\*payroll software (such asA3 Innuva, SILAE, Datev, Sage)\*\*, HRIS, and data analytics tools is preferred.
- Fluent in \*\*Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
