**What you will be doing day to day**:
Join our Sales Team to help develop our Business in Spain. Our Shipper Management team are responsible for identifying, approaching and launching new shippers, our
The Account Management team are responsible for bringing these new launches into the Ontruck portfolio and driving incremental growth from this existing business. You’ll have full responsibility for strategic commercial growth activities and/or issue resolution within your accounts. Typically, you will be dealing with our largest and most commercially significant opportunities, potentially with multiple stakeholders and multiple revenue growth possibilities.
Your role will be to create strategic acquisition and growth plans for each of your accounts portfolio and deliver these effectively and quickly.
**Your 2 key objectives**:
1. Maximizing commercial performance of your account portfolio,
2. Ensuring you manage relationships and deal with issues effectively. This opportunity involves a combination of phone calls, video chats, and face-to-face meetings.

**Responsibilities**:
- This role involves managing the relationship, growing revenue, expanding the number of sites, and furthering commercial activities between Ontruck and your portfolio.
- Create and deliver growth strategies for Ontruck's largest and most complex accounts.
- Create and track key account metrics, and prepare periodic reports for your key accounts.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in sales, marketing, operations, finance, and product to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Take ownership of and resolve key account issues as necessary.
- This role involves managing customer interactions, fostering relationships, making customer calls, and closing deals.
- You will be responsible for regularly visiting and meeting with both current customers and potential clients. Your primary objective will be to establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with these individuals, in order to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible service.
- Effectively carry out sales activities to meet or exceed daily, monthly, or annual expectations.
- Consulting with multiple levels of decision-makers and buying influences, the objective is to understand customers' business challenges and supply chain goals.
- You are expected to contribute to the regional team, not only by consistently achieving your new net revenue targets, but also by sharing opinions, ideas, and best practices to support the success of the entire sales team and the branch with which they work.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the road/land/freight transportation industry, including FTL, LTL, and groupage.
- With a strong network of industry contacts already established.
- You need to be sharp, analytical, innovative, entrepreneurial, and resourceful.
- You should have a proven track record of success in sales.
