**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
CIC energiGUNE is recruiting a Laboratory Technician to work in the Thermal Energy Storage and Conversion area.

**Main job functions**:

- Sample preparation and thermophysical characterization of materials.
- Perform routine and non-routine tests and analyses using the appropriate technical equipment and instruments.
- Ensure all the material necessary for fluent work in the different analysis techniques.
- Ensuring the proper functioning of the equipment, including performing or supervising preventive and corrective maintenance, internal calibrations, etc.
- Participation in the continuous improvement of the laboratories.
- Training and support to new researchers in synthesis and characterization techniques.

**Area**: Thermal Energy Storage and Conversion (TESC)

**DESCRIPTION OF THE INSTITUTION**:

- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or similar or professional training in Laboratory Techniques, Quality Control, or related fields.
- Experience in handling laboratory equipment (TGA, DSC, STA, LFA, etc.) will be valuable.
- Skills: Organized person to meet deadlines, proactivity and teamwork.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
