We are now looking for a** Back Office Agent **for our **Customer Service Africa Team **in our headquarters in** Barcelona**
**Role & Responsibilities**:
Giving support in the invoice to cash function to ensure that we receive on time the payments of our customers fulfilling the working capital requirements of our company. Helping manager the company’s orders of the export business, according to forecasted deliveries.
- Managing export documents and the flow of goods release of the export business
- Informing customers about their deliveries and follow up them
- Working together with Logistics to follow up orders and also incidents
- Follow up and accounting of payments
- Degree in Economic, Business Administration or International Trade
- English negotiation level. French and Spanish would beneficial
- 1 year of experience in an administration role
- Cultural links with any sub-saharan African countries
