Reports to the Accountant and Treasury Manager.

The internship position provides operational support for Commissions Processing along with various support and back office functions for the Finance Department.

**Primary** Responsibilities**:
**Accounting and Treasury**
- Reviews records of accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Control and management suppliers’ invoices.
- Allocation of funds received from customers.
- Checks register and other check management related tasks.
- Reconciliation of Bank Balances.
- Return of funds registration and resolve.
- Advise and resolve unidentified payments.
- Process investigations as required.
- Miscellaneous filing and other ad hoc support requests as required.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Student of Accounting, Finance, business or related degrees.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Effective oral and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
