**Job responsibilities**:
The Retail Intern will gain practical experience by supporting the implementation and execution of key commercial strategies within a dynamic retail environment. The intern will develop valuable skills in areas such as sales analysis, marketing support, and client relationship management.
- Support with the implementation and follow up of the annual launch plan in Dior POS in El Corte Inglés.
- Preparation of Clienteling reports and CRM KPIs monitoring on a weekly basis.
- Define and work on different actions to recruit new clients through CRM campaigns.
- Planning of seasonal support team during Key Commercial Periods.
- Organization of motivational challenges for the team to boost sales at key commercial moments.
- Weekly tracking of key retail KPIs.
- Creation of monthly newsletters for the retail team.
- Organization of skincare cabins with trade and operational marketing teams.

**PROFILE NEEDED**
- **MAIN STUDIES**:Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- **LANGUAGES**:Spanish and English (Fluent C1). French is a plus.
- **IT TOOLS**:Proficiency in Office 365 (mainly Excel and Power Point).
- **EXPERIENCE**:Previous experience is valuable.
- **AVAILABILITY**:For an immediate incorporation.
- **IMPORTANT: Must be eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university, full-time.**
