**Description**:

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager - Premiums & GWP to join our team and support client relationships and operations in this category.
As the Account Manager - Premiums & GWP at ADM Group, reporting to the Senior Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing client relationships, executing projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of premium and GWP solutions across Europe. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive innovation, quality, and efficiency in this product category.
**Responsibilities**:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients across Europe.
- Understand clients' needs in the premiums and GWP space, identifying opportunities for growth and added value.
- Collaborate with the Senior Account Manager to address client inquiries and manage escalations effectively.
Project & Team Support:
- Assist the Senior Account Manager in coordinating project execution with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Ensure that all premiums and GWP projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Foster a collaborative and proactive team environment, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.
Strategic Contribution:
- Support the development and execution of account plans to expand and optimise client portfolios.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (procurement, design, and supply chain) to develop compelling premium and GWP solutions that align with client objectives.
Market & Category Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging innovations in the premiums and GWP sector.
- Provide insights on competitor activity, pricing structures, and new product developments to inform strategy and decision-making.
Financial & Commercial Management:
- Collaborate with the Senior Account Manager to monitor account budgets, profitability, and cost efficiencies.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, project forecasts, and performance analyses to support business decisions.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an account management role, preferably within premiums, GWP, or promotional merchandise.
- Strong knowledge of product sourcing, supply chain management, and marketing activations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and CRM platforms.
