DEPARTMENT: Project Management (Site Management / Erection / I
**Main functions as site planner will be**:
- To ensure that Project detailed planning (based on Primavera P6) is followed and suscessfully accomplished
- Main milestones follow up and close monotoring in order to track and report prject progress
- Define, control and discuss key activites inclued on project critical path, both internally and on customer/subcontractors environment, in order to keep proper tracking of the project and early identification of potential risks
- Strong analytical skills equally balanced among planning, follow-up, analysing and reporting functions.
**Profile**:
- Great abilities to identify early devitions, proposing mitigation plans when needed or requiring recovery plans based on deviation root cause and responsible
- Excellent communications skills and great team player are key for developing this role
- Used to working on daily, weekly and monthly reporting lines, focused on project critical aspects at all levels
- Good subcontractors management and expericen would be desirable
- Previous onsite wind energy or construction experience would be highly considered
- Detailed planning software experience is a must (Primavera P6 highly recommended, if not, Microsoft Project)
- Travel williingness required,
- Good Ennglish communincation skills, other languages (German, French)
