Supply Planner Logistics Support

Lubrizol is looking for a Supply Planner Logistics Support for its site in Sant Cugat del Vallès.
Your position will include, among its responsibilities:
- Analyze the needs between plants, taking into account forecast, demand, lead time,... in order to ensure customer orders are delivered on time.
- Creating and following up intercompany transfer orders among plants, keeping information up to date in the system.
- Managing exports documentation.
- Controlling internal stock product for the assigned plants and warehouses. Identifying low rotation materials, analyzing expiry dates and establish actions to reach the inventory objectives.
- Reconciling intercompany product inventory in external warehouses.
- Communicating and interacting with different plants, Customer Experience and Forwarders to follow up and ensure the transfer plan among plants.
In order to be succesful, you should comply with most of this requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience in a planning and inventory control function (min 2 years)
- Strong communicator in both Spanish and English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient Excel user
- Knowledge of SAP (planning & scheduling modules) is desired.
