Zest Resort & Spa Ibiza is a new kind of luxury. Opening Summer 2026, this sustainable sanctuary will blend wellness, nature, and soulful hospitality into an elevated retreat on the White Isle.

We’re now seeking a visionary Director of Sales to lead the commercial launch of this world-class resort. As part of our core pre-opening team, you’ll shape the guest mix, drive global awareness, and lead a high-performing sales and events team who share your passion for mindful, experience-led travel.

**Your Mission**

As **Director of Sales**, you’ll design and execute Zest’s pre-opening commercial strategy. You’ll build lasting partnerships across luxury leisure, wellness tourism, and exclusive events—positioning Zest as Ibiza’s premier destination for discerning global travellers.

You’ll report to the General Manager and Regional Director of Sales (Europe) and work cross-functionally with marketing and revenue leads to drive performance from day one.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

Strategic Sales Leadership
- Design and implement innovative sales strategies targeting wellness tourism, luxury leisure, boutique MICE, and high-end event segments.
- Analyse market trends, seasonal shifts, and competitor activity to maximize Zest’s market share and relevance.
- Collaborate with the GM and RDOS to align sales initiatives with the resort’s commercial and brand objectives.
- Represent Zest in key industry trade shows, roadshows, and hosted events to increase brand presence and forge strategic partnerships.

**Team Development & Coaching**
- Recruit, mentor and lead a dynamic Sales & Events team
- Inspire a culture of innovation, collaboration, and guest obsession
- Set clear KPIs and provide regular coaching and development

**Client Relationship Management (25%)**
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value leisure, wellness, and corporate clients, as well as DMCs and travel designers.
- Lead RFP negotiations and contracting processes using systems such as Delphi, Cvent, and Lanyon.
- Ensure delivery of exceptional service through proactive engagement and customized solutions for VIPs, group organizers, and retreat planners.

**Revenue Management & Operational Excellence (25%)**
- Partner with Revenue and Marketing teams to drive optimized pricing, occupancy, and yield strategies.
- Maintain and oversee the demand calendar, aligning sales efforts with forecasted need periods.
- Ensure consistent and accurate use of CRM platforms, reporting tools, and sales systems to measure performance and streamline operations.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury hospitality sales, with demonstrated success in launching or repositioning high-end resorts.
- Expertise in wellness tourism, lifestyle brands, and sustainable luxury.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Desirable: Proficient in Delphi, Opera, Lanyon, Cvent.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional language skills are advantageous.
