**ROLE PROFILE**

**JOB TITLE: Humans Resources Intern**

**FUNCTION: Human Resources**

**CITY & COUNTRY: Madrid, Spain**

**ROLE SUMMARY**

**What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?**

Support core HR process related to the main human resources activities like: Talent Review, Succession & Career planning, Leadership Development, Performance management, Retention, etc.

**What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?**

The role is responsible for working with the employee administration system (Success Factors), managing data, payroll, looking over the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Support the HR Department in various activities related to Employee Administration.
- Participate in HR projects related with the main HR functions.
- Employee data dashboard management.
- Support management in Personnel Administration and HR Systems in line with statutory and internal requirements.
- Ensure with the HRBP the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Work the social media presence.
- Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS standards and procedures BAT group
- Manage, monitor and improve HR Administration processes, in close cooperation with the Regional HR Shared Services team. Initiate HR policy review and policy changes in line with business agenda & labour law developments.

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE**

**ESSENTIAL**

**Experience Required**
- 6 month of experience in similar roles

**Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required**
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good negotiation and influencing skills
- Effective organizing skills and appetite for administrating data
- Ability to work under pressure

**Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
- Good knowledge of Spanish language.
- Good spoken and written English proficiency.
- Good knowledge of MS Office package.
