Destinus is seeking a skilled Human Resources Intern to join our team As an HR Administrator intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team in various HR functions. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized.

Tasks
- Manage employee records, including the maintenance of employee information and data preparation for HRIS implementation.
- Address employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance and vacation policies.
- Coordinate employee reviews.

**Requirements**:

- Human Resources students pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degrees with the possibility of an internship agreement.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English at an intermediate/high level.
