**The Role**
- The Process and Lean Six Sigma Lead reports directly to the Global Head of Process and Optimization CoE and is a key player in driving process excellence across the organization. The Process and Lean Six Sigma Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving processes across the Operations function using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. The Process and Lean Six Sigma Lead collaborates with global centers of excellence, local teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to standardize processes across solar, wind, and battery energy storage systems (BESS), aligning them with business objectives.

Their main responsibilities also include leading Lean Six Sigma projects, integrating digital tools into standardized processes, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance. The Process and Lean Six Sigma Lead plays a pivotal role in monitoring process performance, ensuring scalability, and implementing feedback loops for continuous improvement.

**Desirable skills**:

- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with experience in the renewable energy sector
- Strong facilitation and training skills in Lean Six Sigma principles
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
- Experience in process development and standardization across global operations
- Proficiency in change management and continuous improvement strategies
