**Junior Financial Controller**:

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the finance/accounting functions. You will ensure that all legal and company reporting obligations are met and provides updates on company financial performance to senior management. As a Financial Controller, you will oversee European Service Center financials and provide support to the HQ team.

**A snapshot of this opportunity**
- Provide oversight of and strategic direction to the functional areas of the reporting area
- Assure policies are designed in compliance with all existing federal and state laws, and that all policies and practices are designed to support the overall financial strength of the company
- Manage the Finance Department, general accounting, payroll, and Airline Reporting Corporation (ARC) functions
- Effectively manage and control expenses, set and monitor budget performance
- Review cash balances, cash flow, and account reserves
- Maintain division financial records/contracts in an orderly manner to ensure confidentiality and organized access by the appropriate personnel
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and business plan
- Manage change through the development, support, and coordination of new processes and procedures

**How you can set yourself apart**
- Degree or similar experience in finance/accounting/control
- Sound knowledge of Controlling, Financial reporting, and analysis
- In-depth SAP / R3 FI & CO knowledge
- Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Good command of English and Spanish
- Excellent team, communication, and motivational skills
