**The Institute**
The Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) is an international biomedical research institute of excellence, based in Barcelona, Spain, with more than 400 scientists from 44 countries. The CRG is composed by an interdisciplinary, motivated and creative scientific team which is supported both by a flexible and efficient administration and by high-end and innovative technologies.
In April 2021, the Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) received the renewal of the 'HR Excellence in Research' Award from the European Commission. This is a recognition of the Institute's commitment to developing an HR Strategy for Researchers, designed to bring the practices and procedures in line with the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers (Charter and Code).

**The role**
The CRG Training and Academic office is seeking a highly motivated and experienced officer to join our team in the development, implementation, and expansion of our institutional training programs.
- Designing, developing, and delivering onsite and e-learning content and maintaining and expanding our e-learning platform.
- Organizing international and internal courses and events including logistics and designing visual communication material for dissemination of courses and other related activities adressed to all the CRG employees.
- Advising employees and management of external training and its possible subsidy.
- Managing FUNDAE: control of course Communications, attendance, database, course evaluation, feedback questionnaires. Delivery of documentation. Control of budget and credit available in FUNDAE.

**Professional experience**
**Must Have**
- You have proven experience in coordination and organization of international events and/or training workshops
- You have proven experience in training activities (as trainer and organizer) in an international academic environment
- You are fluent in English
**Desirable but not required/ Nice to have**
- Experience managing FUNDAE
- Previous experience in administrative and logistic tasks.
**Education and training**
- You hold a BSc or MSc in communication, organization, graphical design, teaching or related discipline
**Languages**
- You are proficient in English, writing and orally
**Technical skills**
- You have advanced MS Office skills, Moodle and graphical design software
**Competences**
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You are proactive, flexible and have problem solving attitude
- You are precise, with attention to details and highly organized
