**Key Responsibilities**

Client Relationship Management
- Provide day-to-day support for client communications, working closely with Senior Account Managers and Account Directors.
- Help build strong relationships with clients by understanding their branding and campaign goals.
- Ensure all deliverables align with client needs and brand standards.

Project Coordination
- Assist in the management and delivery of branding, digital campaigns, and packaging projects.
- Support the creation of project timelines, resource planning, and milestone tracking to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Actively participate in briefing sessions, reviewing creative work, and managing feedback loops.

Campaign and Branding Execution
- Collaborate with internal creative, strategy, and production teams to develop compelling digital content and branding materials.
- Support packaging design and production workflows, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
- Help monitor and optimize campaign performance in alignment with client KPIs.

Social Media Support
- Contribute to the development of social media strategies, supporting brand awareness and engagement.
- Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates, assisting in implementing these insights into campaigns.

Communication and Reporting
- Prepare regular project updates and reports, maintaining open and transparent communication with clients and internal teams.
- Assist in compiling performance analyses and recommendations for future project improvements.

Team Collaboration
- Work closely with senior team members to ensure projects meet deadlines and are delivered to a high standard.
- Foster a positive, collaborative environment across cross-functional teams, maintaining a solutions-oriented mindset.

**Requirements**:
**Skills and Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in account and project management within a creative, branding, or digital agency.
- Experience managing or coordinating branding, digital campaigns, and packaging projects.
- Familiarity with social media marketing concepts and digital campaign execution.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and team coordination.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in French is highly preferred; proficiency in English is essential.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, project management, or a related field is a plus.
