We are looking for an Executive Assistant as a key member to provide high-level administrative support to our organization.
Today, the business sells over-the-counter medication, beauty, cosmetics as well as wellness and homeopathic products to end consumers. We have undergone tremendous growth, which we expect will continue and accelerate into the future as we also expand internationally.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintenance and organization of agendas and calendars
- Organization of meetings and meeting rooms
- Organization and planning of trips and preparations derived from them.
- Telephone service, mail filter and correspondence
- Presentation preparation and layout
- File organization and documentation
- Coordination with Executive profiles
- General support in different departments
- Other tasks derived from the position
- C2 level of English
- Accredited Studies related to the position
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position
- Office
- Immediate availability
- Optional other languages
Dynamic and proactive profile, used to working both as a team and individually, and under pressure. Professional motivated by challenges and personal improvement. C2 level of English and good communication skills, both oral and written, are required.
