We’re looking for a **motivated and curious Affiliate Manager Intern** eager to learn the fundamentals of **performance marketing** in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

You’ll gain **hands-on experience** working with advertisers, affiliates, and marketing technologies, while contributing to projects that make a real impact. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about **digital marketing, analytics, and creative problem-solving** who wants to kick-start a career in the industry.

**What You’ll Do**
- Support the **onboarding and management** of new affiliate partners, ensuring a smooth integration process.
- Assist with **campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking**.
- Help with **invoicing, reporting**, and other operational tasks.
- Prepare **presentations, reports, and documentation** for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct **competitor research** and industry analysis.
- Stay up to date with the **latest trends and tools** in digital and performance marketing.
- Collaborate with the team on **creative ideas** to boost campaign results.
- Provide **backup support** during team absences or peak periods.
- Support other **marketing projects** as needed.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a **degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field**.
- Strong computer skills; proficient with **Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets)**.
- **Analytical and curious** mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and problem-solving.
- Excellent **organizational skills**, attention to detail, and efficiency.
- Clear **written and verbal communication** in English.
- **Proactive and eager** to take initiative and contribute ideas.
- Genuine interest in **performance marketing, ad tech, and data-driven decision-making**.
- Eligible for a **University internship agreement**.
