**Training & Knowledge Assistant**

**Toqio** (toq.io) enables any business to design and deploy smart fintech propositions in a matter of minutes.

We are currently looking for a **Training & Knowledge Assistant** to join our Customer Success Team in Madrid.

**As Training & Knowledge Assistant you will**:

- Support the Training & Knowledge Manager role in the following tasks:

- Training Material design and maintenance. Creation of training material (videos, sites, infographics, presentations...)
- Create and continuously deliver Customer training programs in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus).
- Leverage department-specific feedback to create and modify training material and internal tooling roadmap
- Conduct regular Knowledge Tests, analyse results and implement improvement initiatives.
- Work in partnership with other teams to implement a continuous improvement culture and methodology. Collaborate closely with the Product Managers to contextualise ongoing product development and functionalities to develop relevant training materials
- Facilitate workshops and development sessions as required.
- Self-motivated to keep up to date with knowledge of our products, pricing, promotions and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to process policy and procedures.
- Develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs
- Analyse training and development needs
- Review the post training progress and collected feedback
- Organise and manage internal materials in Confluence and other systems
- Search for best practices and implement them
- Be proactive in creating processes and improving/streamlining the existing ones

**Requirements**:
**Experience required**:

- At least 1 year working experience in related activities: translation, documentation, ideation and creation activities
- Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace
- Ideally, previous experience using design tools: Photoshop, Adobe Suite, Figma, Screen/Video recording tools
- Fluency in English & Spanish (written and oral)
- Familiarity with the use of a Learning Management System (LMS) and with multimedia in training
- Experience with data analysis
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working effectively in a culturally diverse workgroup.

**Must have Skills**:

- Communication: strong interpersonal, presentation and public speaking skills;
- Collaboration: build strong & trustful relationships with the people you work with;
- Analytical skills: able to analyse and put together the needs of organisation and employees
- Time management and multitasking skills: within the limited timing organises work effectively, able to set up the priorities;

**Nice to have**:

- Experience with e-learning platforms, training programs gamification
- Experience as a trainer would be an advantage
- Other languages such as German or French
