**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Wide Eyes is looking for warriors to perform her/his internship within our Sales Team, located in Barcelona. She/he will play an essential role in the initial sales process and she/he will help drive our sales.

The Market Research INTERN is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the

Sales Development Representative. This individual will be the first step in the prospecting process, and sales teams rely on your abilities and creative methods of finding the right contact (decision maker) of potential customers. Motivation, passion and vision are essential to reach decision makers

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Develop pipeline through identification of qualified leads
- Data validation and creation from online sources like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and prospect websites as and when needed.
- Lead prospecting to identify, contact and qualify potential customers.
- Identify new sources of qualified leads

REQUIREMENTS & DESIRED SKILLS
- You are fluent in Spanish and English. Any additional European language is a big plus
- You are located in Barcelona and you are legally authorized to work in Spain
- You are looking for a part-time internship position (20 hours per week)
- You have full availability to start the internship in April (or May at the latest)
- You must have graduated from high school or other official educational
- You are working toward a bachelor degree, preferably in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or a related business program
- You have strong communication, organizational, time management, and computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft

- You have strong problem-solving capabilities, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, and ability to work in a team environment
- You have winning attitude, competitive drive, ambitious and passionate

**CAREER PLAN**

1. Initial remuneration, with a first period of 3 months, for €300 per month, 4 hours a day.

2. After passing these first 3 months, the conditions will be improved, beginning a second phase of 6 hours of practice per day, in exchange for €600 per month.

3. Finally, after overcoming these first 6 months, there is a high possibility of going to a contract.

Internship hours: 4 hours a day, preferably in the morning (From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.).
