Location: Luxembourg - On-site Consultancy Services_

We are looking for a highly experienced **Data Engineer Expert** to join our technical consultancy team for data engineering projects. This position involves supporting the European Commission on the design and implementation of Business Intelligence solutions in Microsoft Azure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Technical consultancy for Data Engineering projects.
- Design and implementation of cloud-based data ingestion, storage, processing, and security (Microsoft Azure).
- Monitoring and management of data pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
- Development and maintenance of data systems following the European Commission’s guidelines.
- Production of technical and functional documentation.
- Participation in technical working groups and meetings with project teams, stakeholders, and non-technical users.

**Education**:

- A university degree (EQF level 6 or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (minimum 3 years of successful post-secondary education).

**Languages**:

- Excellent command of **English** (C1 level).
- Good knowledge of **French** (minimum B2 level or native).

**General Experience Required**:

- **Minimum 25 years** of professional experience in IT.
- At least **20 years** in the field of **Business Intelligence**.
- Minimum **5 years** working with **Microsoft Azure**.
- At least:

- ** 6 months** working with the **European Commission’s Data Governance Framework**.
