As a Junior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's success by understanding client needs, translating our value proposition effectively, and delivering tailored solutions that address customer pain points. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clients maximize the benefits of our OPINATOR platform.
**What you’ll do**:
- Creation and management of a new client portfolio, selling the OPINATOR software platform by acknowledging client needs in order to find best-fit solutions.
- Generating and pursuing new sales opportunities.
- Provide consultative support to clients throughout the sales process, offering insights and recommendations to address their unique challenges.
- Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives.
- Keep the sales channel updated for internal control, as well as for financial reports and forecasting and business planning.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to understand client requirements and objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our OPINATOR software platform.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively articulate their value to potential customers.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Become a valuable representative of the company and its brand in the market.
- Carry out all activities with the utmost professionalism and integrity.
**Requirements**:
**For this position, you’ll need**:
- Higher education. Master’s Degree will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English (Level C1). Additional languages will be of advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
- A passion for learning and professional growth, with a desire to develop expertise in customer experience management.
- Enthusiasm, with positive attitude and extroverted personality.
- Diplomacy, tact and serenity to work under pressure when working with customer issues.
- Extraordinary attention to detail and passion for excellence.
