Buscamos Project Manager
En Baoss buscamos incorporar un/a Project Manager - Data Analytics para apoyar proyectos de alto impacto en el ámbito de la consultoría y la mejora organizativa.
¿Qué harás en el día a día?
- Participar en proyectos de consultoría relacionados con la mejora del rendimiento organizacional y el diseño de marcos de objetivos (OKR, KPI, scorecards).
- Analizar información y modelizar datos para generar insights accionables que impulsen la toma de decisiones.
- Colaborar en iniciativas de cambio y transformación empresarial.
- Diseñar y gestionar encuestas de satisfacción y programas de experiência del empleado.
- Elaborar informes ejecutivos y cuadros de mando para la dirección.
- Trabajar de forma colaborativa con equipos multidisciplinares, coordinando distintos stakeholders y áreas de negocio.

**Requisitos**:

- Formación universitaria en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Ingeniería o áreas afines.
- Experiência previa en consultoría o proyectos con clientes.
- Habilidad para traducir datos complejos en recomendaciones claras y accionables.
