Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact working as a Reservations Agent will be:

- Being the connection between the sales department and the providers and financial administration
- Taking care of the daily hands-on reservations
- Taking care of all travel services (hotel, car rental, flights and activities)
- Being in charge of the contracting of hotels and new partners for leisure and business clients
- Continuously optimisation travel needs and improving the product assortment
- Being the perfect travel consultant to the clients
- Inputting new ideas on how the company continually improves the sales process and its approach

**Requirements**:
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

- You are native in Dutch/Flemish and speak English at a professional level
- You have valuable experience as a reservations agent
- You have a deep interest in the tourism industry
- You like to get things done and preferably quickly
- You are well organised, used to work with to-do lists and prioritise easy
- Your communication is clear, to the point and efficient
- You work well on yourself and within a team
- In a dynamic surrounding you are well at maintaining peach and overview
- You are a digital and online professional who works quick and easy with Microsoft, experience with systems and likes to have an office job
- You are empathic and are well at managing stakeholders
