We’re hiring a **Technical Project Manager (Integrations)** to lead the **technical onboarding and deployment** of our SaaS product for mid-to-large companies. You’ll be the bridge between **project delivery excellence** and **deep technical understanding** of **APIs, data models and integration patterns**—owning the client relationship from discovery to go-live.

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead **product rollout projects**, managing scope, risks and timelines to meet contractual commitments.
- Run **discovery workshops** with client stakeholders; define the **optimal integration strategy**.
- Act as the **primary technical expert** on the Loyal Guru **API** (features, data models, auth).
- Be the **main point of contact** for delivery, building trusted relationships.
- Prioritize a **delivery roadmap** by business value and technical risk.
- Coordinate tasks across internal/external teams; report **status, risks and budget**.
- Ensure deadlines are met while **shielding equipos** from distractions.

**What you bring**:

- ** 5+ years** managing complex IT projects with a **hands-on background** (Dev, Solutions Architect, etc.).
- Solid knowledge of **PMBOK** and project methodologies.
- Deep understanding of **APIs, SaaS, data modeling** and **integration patterns**.
- Excellent communication with stakeholders (English **C1**, French **B2**).
- Analytical, structured, and relationship-driven; **CS/SE degree** or equivalent.

**Nice to have**:

- ** PMP** certification; **Retail** experience; **Agile** (Scrum/Kanban).
