**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Review on-site installations, ensuring their proper installation and functionality.
- Conduct tests and quality controls on installations.
- Monitor execution times and project delivery deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with current regulations at each project phase.
- Support administrative tasks related to construction management.
- Assist their superior in supervising work teams and subcontractors.
- Collaborate in task planning and scheduling.
- Manage basic technical documentation (reports, plans, technical reports).
- Supervise the proper use of equipment and tools on-site.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of different construction installations.
- Proficiency in inspection and measurement tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Knowledge of material quality control.
- Familiarity with construction safety and health regulations.
- Basic proficiency in design and planning software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Revit optional).
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate with work teams and other industry professionals.
- Availability to travel within and outside Spain.

**Skills & competencies**:

- Technical training in Construction, Building Projects, Construction Works, or similar.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred).
