**Account Based Marketing Manager Europe (all genders)**
As the European Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager, you will support the development and execution of targeted ABM campaigns, assist with key aspects of campaign planning, and aid with the research needed for key account planning and management.
**Your Day to Day**:
- Develop and execute a compelling ABM strategy that successfully engages target accounts, moving them effectively through the buying journey to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Understand the buyers within target enterprise accounts - including pain points, demographics, and how they buy.
- Collaborate with global content and product marketing teams to develop engaging and relevant journeys with top, middle and bottom of funnel content for prospects and customers.
- Identify, build, and maintain the target accounts list in partnership with sales to ensure campaigns are targeted to the right audience.
- Work closely with Regional Marketing Managers, Account Executives and BDRs to ensure alignment of the ABM strategy with account plans, regional marketing plans and customer programs.
- Plan, execute and manage campaigns through Serrala's ABM platform (6Sense) and social media platforms.
- Effectively manage the European ABM budget to ensure optimal allocation and ROI.
- Define and implement repeatable processes to expand the ABM program across all target accounts in Europe.
- Support execution of virtual and physical events to generate a consistent prospect journey across all marketing initiatives.
- Maintain and update project plans and tasks in collaboration tools like Asana or Smartsheet.
- Be our expert in end-to/end campaign development, execution, measurement, and optimization practices.
**What makes you excel in this position**:
- Degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent professional training / experience
- Proven experience of 3-5+ years in ABM for a B2B organization targeting Enterprise-level prospect, 5+ years of experience in B2B software marketing, preferably in customer marketing, field marketing, or demand generation.
- Experienced in onboarding and managing ABM programs and tech stack such as Demandbase, 6sense, or equivalent.
- Experience working with marketing automation tools (Marketo or similar), CRM systems, paid media, social media and project management tools
- Strong project and program management skills with the ability to drive both planning and execution.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data, generate insights and translate it into actionable changes
- Experience with budget management and a track record of achieving positive ROI.
