**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Qair is an independent power producer of exclusively renewable energy developing, financing, building, and operating solar, onshore and offshore wind, hydroelectric, and green hydrogen projects for over 30 years. Active in 21 countries across Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Asia, the group’s ambition is to become an independent leader in responsible energy.

With 650 MW of installed capacity and more than 1 GW of projects under development, financing, or commissioning, the group’s 450 employees are aiming for a target capacity of more than 10 GW. The group’s expertise covers the entire energy production chain, from development to power sales, including financing, construction, operation, and decommissioning.

Based on a global and local strategy, Qair designs and implements solutions tailored to each territory and offers bespoke financial packages to local authorities and industrialists.

For our Spanish subsidiary based in Madrid, Qair Renewables Iberia, we are actively seeking an Administrative and Financial Manager to join our team.

**MAIN TASKS**

The main duties of the **Administrative and Financial Manager** will be:

- Supervision of Daily bookkeeping of Spanish accounts,
- Preparation of financial statements in accordance with the standards of the Italian Accounting Act, the IFRS standards and in compliance with Group rules, for all companies in Spanish,
- Preparation of reports for the needs of the company’s headquarters, management board, banks and external institutions,
- Contacting and cooperating with external institutions such as Tax office, Social Welfare, Central Statistical Office, Banco de Espana, Customs office, etc.,
- Assistance with the implementation of the SAGE X3 ERP in Spain
- Preparation and implementation of the company’s financial strategy,
- Supervision of the preparation of the annual budget, landing and multi-annual plans and controlling their implementation,
- Optimization of the cost structure and the level of current assets, assessment of investment projects,
- Elaboration of financial model and all hypothesis (all taxes, fees, etc.) for on-coming project financing and discussion with banks,
- Cooperation with an auditors, banks, insurance companies, investors and tax authorities.

**EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED**

He/she has a solid knowledge of ERP especially Sage X3. He/she has already worked in an international environment.

He/she has already worked with investments, development of construction companies.

Fluent English in speech and writing is a must. French would be a plus.
