**Job Description**:
- We are digitizing our supply chain to build greater connectivity between our business and those of our customers and suppliers. With enhanced visibility of the flow of goods and information, we will predict and proactively eliminate waste, ensuring we deliver on our promises to customers, maximize value for Brambles, establish ourselves as a partner of choice to our suppliers, and protect our people and the planet._
This project manager will deliver the projects to execute, implement and sustain the European digitization agenda, while always keeping the value delivery and stakeholder satisfaction as the north star.
This role will initially focus on our commitments around Dynamic ETA, in terms of volumes and quantities but especially in terms of the quality and accuracy of the notifications provided.
Scope of this role: Global Service Centres and Office Spaces Related to Supply Chain
Some of the tasks of this role:
- Create project structure for the key projects- Collaborate with project team to ensure total project planning- Ensure that the project management and change management framework is extensive, embedded and used- Ensure that the action plan is completed on time by the responsible people- Escalate issues when we see risks against the timelines or the objectives- Use the Supply Chain network to help remove project blockers- Identify opportunities to over deliver on project timings, budget and other KPIs- Collaborate with carriers to identify opportunities for improvement- Provide regular report updates on the progress of each project to stakeholders- Create timeline plans for delivery of each project in line with the various project contributors- Identify control points to ensure adherence to project deliverables- Collaborate with other initiatives like Control Tower to ensure close alignment to deliverable objectives- Primary focus is to address and improve the quality of the data coming from CMA / CMA Lite and as a result to improve the level of quality of Dynamic ETA in Europe.

- Supply chain experience: transport and logistics- CMA/ILP systems- Project Management- Excel, PowerBi- Strong drive for results and leadership in uncertain environments- Strong analytical and technical skills - including negotiating, risk mitigation and problem resolution- Attention to details and data integrity- Project Management- Team player but able to work autonomously- Strong interpersonal, presentational, and networking skills- Experience with logistics and supply chain industries- Experience with working on multi stakeholder projects- Experience with working closely with CHEP IT
