We launched in September 2022 and are now building a team to scale Amazon Shipping at pace. Amazon Shipping is looking to hire an analytical, technically skilled, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Supply Chain Manager that can drive innovation and execution in transportation networks. As a member of the ES Amazon Shipping team you will be responsible for optimizing the transportation and delivery network to meet with the strategic network plan. This is a Regional field based role and will involve travel to AMZL, ATS and also shipper sites, therefore a willingness to travel is required. Operational Performance Management; Management of daily/weekly metrics and performance reporting. Ownership, deep dive and a holistic overview of the SWA supply chain; Provide resilience and business continuity planning to minimize risk to pick-up operations. Bachelor's degree Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL Experience in program or project management Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics Experience in supply chain Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership Experience leading process improvements Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization Experience building processes, project management, and schedules Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
