- The People Team at Stuart is a part of the People department where we care about our employees and understand that, without humans ️, resources are not enough. - A person in this position will be a key player in a structure full of challenges and opportunities to grow and shine, by helping the Company to be compliant with current regulations and, at the same time, help the Operations Department to be structured and strive for excellence ✌️.
**What will I be doing?**:
- Overseeing and issuing contracts of employment, amendment letters, ad hoc salary and bonus letters.
- Responsible for the Onboarding/Offboarding activities: facilitate HR Induction for new starters, setting up exit interviews or enrollment to benefits.
- Minute taking during HR related meetings such as Disciplinary/Capability investigations/meetings. Potentially acting as the HR representative during the meetings.
- Support in optimizing new processes and tools in order to provide a great employee experience.
- Working on Local HR projects to assist with the People Ops strategy.
**What do we need from you?**:
- 1 year of previous HR experience, preferable in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Strong ability to take initiative and deliver results ️
- Fluency in both Spanish and English. Italian or Polish are a plus.
- Great communication & analytical skills.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office and G Suite on a daily basis.
- Nice to have: possessing experience using interactive HRIS e.g. Hibob and processing payrolls.
- Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information.
