We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Junior System Administrator** to support our IT team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and IT systems.
- Support SAP operations, including user management, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Help manage machine services, ensuring proper connectivity and functionality.
- Perform routine system checks, backups, and updates to maintain system integrity and security.
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.
- Handle IT onboarding and offboarding tasks, including setting up and deactivating user accounts, configuring workstations, and ensuring proper access controls.
- Manage and maintain Network-Attached Storage (NAS) systems to ensure continuous data availability for effective employee collaboration over the network.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Basic understanding of system administration, networking, and IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with SAP systems is a plus.
- Experience with machine services or industrial IT systems is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
