**Governance, Risk & Compliance Lead**

**Purpose of the role**

The GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) Lead is a development position within the IBERIA Information Security Area.

This individual will learn the Security Risk Management process (risk assessment, evaluation, mitigation, and monitoring). Also, she or he will help to track and action with all the cybersecurity local regulation requirements that IBERIA is obligated to with the different actors like CNPIC, INCIBE, OCC, AEPD, AESA, etc. The GRC Lead will supervise the group’s initiative related to Disaster Recovery Plans and Business Recovery Plans.

This role will also focus on the creation of more efficient and actionable data analysis and reporting of Security Risks. The GRC Lead is a support position for the local CISO to assist with risk mitigations, exceptions, and escalations within the risk management process.
- Technology risks assessment & management
- Business Continuity Plan/ Disaster Continuity plan
- Security Director Plans
- Cybersecurity awareness and training
- Cybersecurity indicators (KPI) and reporting
- Third-party assurance process management
- Team build and management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Minimum B2 English level (Desirable C1)
- Business and customer-oriented person
- Good communication skills
- Good Office tools and reporting skills
- Cybersecurity certifications (CISA, CISM, ISO27001 ) will be valued.
