Marketing Localization Manager

The Marketing Localization Manager is responsible for ensuring that all global marketing campaigns, content, and materials are effectively adapted to our regional audiences. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality, localized assets that reflect the nuances of the local market while maintaining SoSafe’s brand and messaging standards. You will collaborate closely with regional marketing teams to enable and scale SoSafe’s international growth through localized marketing initiatives.

**What You’ll Do**:
**Localization Strategy and Execution**
- Translate and localize global marketing campaigns, press releases, website content, and ABM projects, ensuring language and messaging align with regional market strategies.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive localization roadmap, aligning with campaign marketing and content objectives while addressing regional needs.
- Establish a structured project management approach, setting clear timelines, milestones, and deadlines for localization initiatives.
- Efficiently manage external vendors and freelancers to support our localization efforts
**Campaign and Asset Management**
- Establish and optimize efficient localization workflows for various marketing assets.
- Collaborate with the field marketing team to create localized, targeted assets that support regional campaigns and increase engagement in our key markets.

**Quality Assurance and Brand Consistency**
- Conduct quality control on localized content, maintaining high standards for language accuracy, regional nuance, and brand consistency.
- Work closely with translation vendors, agencies, and in-house editors to ensure all content is well-researched, accurately localized, and aligned with the brand voice.

**Research and Insights**
- Gather feedback from sales, customer success, and local partners on the effectiveness of localized assets, and make recommendations for improvement based on performance insights.
- Develop and report on localization KPIs and metrics to measure effectiveness and impact of localized content on customer engagement and market performance.

**Minimum requirements**
- 5+ years in localization or marketing, ideally with experience in project management within the tech or SaaS industries.
- Professional fluency in English and ideally one other European language
- Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver quality results on time.
- Technically proficient in working with various translation management systems and localization tools.
