En Lindt Iberia estamos buscando un Assistant en el equipo de Customer Service que gestione las operaciones diarias asociadas al proceso "order to invoice" (desde la captura del pedido hasta la emisión de factura). **Algunas de las principales funciones de esta posición serán**: - Recepción y entrada de pedidos de la cartera de clientes asignados, verificando precios y fechas de entregas. - Seguimiento diario de las entregas junto con el Operador Logístico para garantizar que servimos el producto solicitado en el plazo requerido. - Resolución de las incidencias propias del puesto, incluyendo pedidos retrasados y retornados. - Gestión de las devoluciones de clientes, de acuerdo con la política marcada por la Compañía. - Facturación de pedidos, recepción, proceso, gestión de reclamaciones y abonos. - Realización de procesos administrativos. **Estamos buscando un perfil que reúna estas características**: Experience & tools: - Experiência en puesto similar en empresa de Gran Consumo. - SAP (módulo SD, Sales and Distribution). - Dominio de Excel. **Skills**: - Perfil resolutivo - Alto sentido de orientación al cliente. - Capacidad multitarea. - Orientación al detalle. - Tolerancia al trabajo bajo presión. - Buena comunicación y asertividad ¿Que te ofrecemos? - Ticket Restaurante. - Desayuno y fruta todos los días - Kit Home Office: Silla, Pantalla, Ratón, Auriculares, Teclado. - Jornada intensiva en julio y agosto - Oficinas increíbles y excelentes vistas al mar
