Support Retail Channel Manager to define the Trade Marketing Strategy for Regional Retail Channel and for Regional Accounts, utilizing trade and marketing experience to recommend best trade-led activities, maximizing budget assigned. This role will be responsible for providing Regional Sales & Field Sales Team the proper Market Research and Shopper Insights, being the key person to develop a full Category Management agenda with Regional Accounts.

**Execute Retail Regional Trade Marketing Plan, looking for opportunities to improve Red Bull Growth Drivers**:

- Translate country marketing plan into a robust Shopper Marketing Regional strategy.
- Guide & Influence Regional KAM & FIELD Sales team for a proper execution.
- Alignment and coordination of sales and marketing activities.
- Push for creating real partnership with identified regional accounts.

**Develop Category Management Agenda with Key Regional Accounts in Retail**:

- Run Category Management projects with the identified top customers (Hermanos Martin, Coviran, Condis, Bonpreu, Unide, Uvesco, Alimerka, Ahorramás )
- Build relationships with the Category Manager, Space Managers, Logistics Managers and Marketing Managers of the customer.
- Attend face-to-face meetings with the customer to present and work with them to improve the performance of the category in their stores.
- Interpret the available data and shopper insight to come up with a tailored action plan that will grow category turnover with that customer.
- Promotional evaluation.
- Plannograming.

**Manage Market Research and Shopper Insights Strategy**:

- Provide Category Data and Trends to Internal Teams and Customers.
- Build the data platform necessary to run analysis and generate insight - directly manage data providers (Nielsen, Kantar, Focus )
- Sales development analysis (by customer, by channel, by distribution point, etc.)
- Track Customer performance in all sales fundamentals.

**Help Retail Channel Manager and Trade Marketing Manager in Daily Business**:

- Exchange ideas between marketing and sales departments pro-actively and challenge traditions.
- Through personal and electronic communication - educate, orientate and utilize the brand team to deliver through the line activity in store.
- Active figure on trade marketing meetings sharing best practice and leading monthly highlights.
- Be the reference on guiding, preparing and execution the request on share of shelf and planograms in the channel.
- Proactively work on the data sharing monthly update for the regional areas’ reports.

**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- Degree level in BA, Economics, Marketing or similar.
- 3 years experience in FMCG sector as Category Manager. Key Account Manager experience will be highly valued.
- Strategic thinking able to lead the sales strategy.
- With analytical capacity and information processing. Experience will be valued with sources of market information: (Nielsen, Iri, Shopper Research,...).
- Leadership, motivation and team skills.
- Ability to communicate, influence and build relationships with others (teamwork).
- Commercial orientation and problems-resolution capacity.
- Clear understanding of markets, sales and distribution, competitor activity, consumer and shopper behavior, category management and business insights in the FMCG context.
- Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends.
- Shopper & Category Management Expertise (Planogramming Tools, Shopper Behavior, Merchandising)
- EDV (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
