**How will it be to work with us?**:
**️ Chief Pilot Office Internship**:

- Supporting the control and organization of pilot documentation (licenses, medical certificates, operational records).
- Using AIMS to track pilot profiles, expiries, and compliance updates.
- Helping onboard new pilots and coordinating with departments for a smooth start.
- Participating in New Joiner Welcome Days and helping pilots feel at home.
- Coordinating shipments and returns of pilot materials and uniforms.
- Assisting with administrative tasks and audit preparation in line with AESA legislation.

**Pilot Recruitment Internship**:

- Assisting in screening CVs and coordinating interview logistics.
- Supporting pilot recruitment campaigns and job postings.
- Helping organize assessment days and onboarding activities.
- Participating in initiatives to enhance pilot engagement and retention.

You’ll learn first-hand how airline operations are structured, how teams collaborate across departments, and how attention to detail keeps everything running safely and on time.

***Ready to join us?**:
**What will make you succeed in this position**:

- A student or recent graduate in **Aeronautical Management**, **Business Administration (ADE)**, **Human Resources**, **Psychology**, or a related field.
- Available for at least **30 hours/week** for a **6-month internship**, starting as soon as possible.
- Proficient in **spoken and written English** (Spanish is a plus).
- A **quick learner**, eager to understand how the aviation world works.
- **Organized**, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- A **team player** who communicates clearly and enjoys supporting others.
- Someone who stays calm under pressure and finds solutions with common sense.
