**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to support our HR team. This role will allow the Intern to explore the strategic human resources practices within a dynamic organization. You will gain deep insights into how HR functions can influence and enhance employee experiences and contribute to organizational success.
**TASKS**:
- Provide administrative support and assist the HR Team in daily operations.
- Assist with the recruitment process including job postings, first interviews and follow up the hiring process.
- Support the onboarding of new employees.
- Support transversal areas of the HR department
- Maintain and update HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
**MUST HAVE skills**:
- You have a degree or master in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Psychology or ADE
- Previous internship experience is a plus
- You speak fluent in Spanish and English
- You have a good command of Excel
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Agile learning, proactive and problem solving
- Passionate, pragmatic and collaborative
