**About the job and your team**:

- Act as a beacon of values and ethics through our daily conduct.
- Foster a sense of belonging to the company and the Group by driving actions that motivate, engage, and instill culture.
- Guide and assist managers in managing talent, creating career paths, onboarding, developing training and succession plans, etc.
- Work on the design and execution of regional projects aimed at process development and enhancement.
- Equip managers and staff with the means and methods for the personal and professional growth of teams, retaining talent, guidance, conflict resolution, etc.
- Ensure accurate delivery of the area's established KPIs to the company.
- Sustain a proper relationship with labor unions, serving as a negotiator to secure mutual benefits.
- Handle labor affairs, including the preparation of payroll data and liaison with the external administrative office.
- Develop job descriptions and versatility matrices.

**Your qualifications and skills**:

- Hold an academic bachelor's degree (bachelor’s in business, Law, Labor relationship, Phycology, or others)
- More than 5 years of HR experience.
- Living near or in Tarragona region.
- Be fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
- Knowledge of the current law legislation
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement

**You would also ideally have**:

- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Aptitude in problem-solving.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
