- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships increasing productivity and reinforcing talent retention.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and HR policy guidance, generating initiatives and improvement plans accordingly.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resource management.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals and monitor training programs.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Being in charge of the hiring process.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.

**What skills do you need?**
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Spanish (C1)
- English (C1)
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
- Proven work experience as an HR business partner.
