Become a part of our international Operations team in Madrid, Spain. For the next possible date we are looking for you in fulltime as Junior Project Coordinator.
**Your duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Providing timely and accurate quotations to our overseas branches and external clients for all modes of transportation
- Supporting the determination of transport solutions for each type of involved cargo and route
- Coordinating autonomously the execution of international transport and logistic projects as per the company’s procedures in direct coordination with the client and suppliers
- Taking close economic control of the operations assigned, looking for profit optimization
- Traveling for coordination of operations in the field when necessary either locally or abroad
- Employing company tools such as CRM or TMS to gain maximum advantage from them
- Collaborating in teamwork with branch colleagues in any supportive task such as the preparation of documents, submitting them through Web platforms, sharing enquiries among suppliers
- Supporting business development activities by gathering relevant information, preparing presentations
- Participating in the activities of reciprocal collaboration with other deugro companies and corporate functions, as required by management

**What you can contribute**:

- Successfully completed training in the field of freight forwarding
- At least two years’ experience in the operations departments of freight forwarding-related companies (import/export, FCL, LCL, air freight, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of industrial international logistics concepts and main transport modalities
- The ability to work under the pressure of tight deadlines
Familiarization with current software packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good organizational skills, customer-focused with attention to detail
- Excellent communications skills (cross-functional and cross-cultural)
- Fluent Spanish and English skills, both written and verbal
- The willingness to travel on national and international business trips (10 - 25%)
