**The role**

Hands-on project coordination for all kinds of packaging and product-related projects including new launches for the global Machine Made Cigars & Paper Export portfolio in close cooperation with Global Duty-Free internal stakeholders like Consumer Marketing, Demand Planning, Regional Sales Teams, Finance Operations and Corporate Legal Affairs. External stakeholders like Product Development, Packaging Development, Print Development, Quality Management, Coding & Tracking, Factories and Domestic markets.
**Key accountabilities**
- Lead, in close alignment with the Senior Product & Project Coordinator West all kind of packaging and product related projects for Global Duty
- Free &Export global Machine Made Cigars & Paper Export business portfolio with close control of the project budget. - Support the Senior Product & Project Coordinator West with the onboarding and aligning of ways of working for Machine Made Cigars, Snus and Paper categories - Support the Senior Coordinators with the execution of projects - Support with the Exodus Program to increase overall portfolio relevance and efficiency - Point of contact for any Product & Project related requests - Support with the regular alignments with Consumer Marketing and Corporate Legal Affairs colleagues to understand upcoming projects (regulatory, new launches, design changes etc.) - Drive, own and manage internal documentation tools to assure optimal project handling with regard to given guidelines and timeframes
**Skills & experience**
- We are looking for someone with 1-2 years’ experience in Marketing/Project Management/Sales - Fluent English language skills (verbal and written) - Strong logical thinking, able to quickly comprehend complex circumstances - Independent and proactive way of working - Self-confident team player with good communication skills who enjoys working in an international environment
