The **Merchandising department **is waiting for you

**The project**:
We are looking for a Samples Logistics Manager to follow up all the samples processes our the Madrid HQ, starting from the vendors and final destination. The brands you will manage are our own brands, Pepe Jeans, Hackett and Façonnable.

**What will the role entail?**:

- Main responsible for samples management in regards assigned briefs & projects; ensuring Design team samples selection is shipped and retrieved accordingly different projects
- Liaison with merchandising to understand key samples priorities and/ or possible product cancellation, as well as being able to track samples status and accuracy
- Manage daily sample requests from different departments as well as from external partners (e.g. magazines, wholesale partners, etc)
- Oversee inventories of the samples
- Partner closely with marketing, merchandising, VM and PR teams to continuously improve the samples management experience, thinking about new ways to drive operational efficiencies.
- Inventory and shipment of seasonal samples Profile

**Requierements**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sample / showroom coordination, ideally acquired in the fashion industry
- Experience managing large shipments cross-continents, and good understanding of customs required paperwork
- Strong computer skills with complete management of Microsoft Office (Advanced level of Excel).
- English C1
