Grow your career as a **Brand Marketing Manager** within** Inclusive Collection**, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role you will be responsible for identifying key industry and competitor trends, building strategic brand value and the strong positioning of each brand accordingly in the marketplace to increase sales, drive revenue and meet the company’s established goals.

**What will be the main mission of this strategic position?**
- Identify key industry and competitor trends, create strategic brand value and position each brand accordingly in the market to increase sales, drive revenue and meet established company objectives.
- Responsible for industry trends, competitive analysis and understanding of product offerings and marketing campaigns to further drive innovation.
- Marketing, brand positioning and advertising in EMEA markets, with a specific focus on Germany and the UK.
- Develop and execute international brand positioning and marketing campaigns for EMEA Inclusive Collection brands in several key markets and channels.
- Lead the planning, execution and visioning of resort photo and video shoots to ensure proper branding and positioning.
- Act as liaison between EMEA and the global branding department for trademarks and brands.
- Successfully launch and bring to market new properties under development to meet established sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Conduct market research, identify current consumer trends and execute new innovative marketing strategies in line with established objectives and targets to create longevity in the marketplace.
- Identify annual marketing strategies and promotional campaigns designed to establish brand positioning and meet established revenue targets.
- Creating and coordinating annual business plans, as well as overseeing quarterly and on-demand presentations to owners.

**A successful **BRAND MARKETING MANAGER** will have**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years equivalent work experience in a sales/marketing capacity
- 2-3 years in field sales and business development within the travel industry
- Driving license & current Passport
- Microsoft office suite skills; outlook, word, excel and power point
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, approachability, curiosity and organizational skills
