Overview:
**Graduate - Business Support**
As Graduate Project Coordinator, you will be managing multiple activities and projects for the Product department, each with varying priority, timelines, and resource requirements.
Reporting to the VP of Product - who reports to the CEO, you will be part of the Product Management Team, responsible for supporting him in ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day business and management activities. This role is a unique opportunity to grow, shadowing the management of the company, while being at the heart of the IT and Air Transport Industries. You will interact with himself, and with the Managers and Employees of his department that are located in Montreal, London, Paris, Barcelona, Geneva and Singapore.

**What you will do**
- Tracking deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines
- Coordinating the preparation and ensuring efficiency of weekly and monthly team meetings
- Supporting the successful execution of yearly plans
- Ensure the completion of strategic agenda milestones
- Assisting in the preparation of presentation materials for the management team
- Coordination and preparation for Business Approval Board
- Support VP meetings and agenda (attendance delegated in some cases)
- Collaborate with portfolios on developing new products and projects
- Producing communications including presentations, announcements, to be delivered across a variety of communications channels, and supporting meetings (e.g. Staff Call): by crafting the messaging and agenda, speaker selection and logistics. Supporting Managers in Talent Acquisition worldwide in the department when required
- Supporting the induction of new staff members
- Supporting various activities and ad hoc projects depending on the priorities of the moment
- Assist on Budget reporting for the Product Team
Qualifications:
**Who you are**
- Master’s degree in business or project management
- Fluent in English: oral and written
- 1-3 years professional experience (including internship)
- Experience working in complex, international/multi-cultural and fast-moving environment
- Experience in Air Transport Industry or IT is a plus
- Early professional experience in product development or design thinking is a plus
